touch controls help dragging a charater

ok i really dont know how to use touch controles i have i liitle bar with an arrow in it and when you drg the arrow in the bar it drags or move the charater to that direction but i dont know how to do it in java script plz help

don't try to do it once if you don't know it. follow the tutorials, and soon you will be able to drag a shape, fire the arrow etc...
