Dual screen problem

I am playing vega conflict on mac. Its a game using unity web player. There was no problem until i updated the software. The problem is when i switch to fullscreen mode, the second screen goes black. I can see the mouse pointer but cant see the video or another software running on screen. Hope you can help me with this situation.
