how to rotate spirte towards the mouse or by the xbox controller at the same time

i'm having a hard time finding a good way to rotate a 2d circle to the position of the mouse - and also have the possibility to control the rotation via an xbox one controller. i already found the solution that works with only mouse or the controller. now i'm looking for a way to work with both.
