run under a box collider fix??,won't stay croched under a box collider
so i have a problem when ever im am going to crouch under a platform wich has a box collider 2d my charachter wont stay crouched, i have a ceilling check to se if there is a collider above my characher and it wont work, and when im under that platform my charachter just sinks me in to the ground and i can run but it doesnt stay crouched.
My charachter has a box collider and a circkel collider and it just does not work. i watched Brackeyes tutorial and i did the same but it's not working.
anyone knows how to fix?!.
,so i have a problem when ever i am going to crouch under a platform with a box collider, it doesn't stay crouched, my characher have a box collider 2d and a circkel colider 2d, the circkel is to the feet and box to the waist above, and when even i want to go under a platform with a collider i have to crouch first then it doesn't even stay crouched, and i have a ceilling check and ground check, but it doesn't work and im getting tierd of it...... i watched Brackeys movement tutorial and i did the same thing as him but it doesn't work.
Any way to fix this?
Can you show the code that is calling the OnCrouching function?
Does it stay crouched when you aren't under a collider?
Can you show the code that checks the ceiling and ground?
When the crouching animation finishes in the animator, does it automatically revert to the normal state, or does it remain on the final crouched frame until the Boolean is changed?
