How do I make a doorway in a wall? I made something just by adding a wall but is there anything else I can do?
You can make walls with doors in a 3D modeling program.
You can build your walls out of cubes
You can purchase a package of wall primitives.

I know I've also seen some tools for direct mesh building inside Unity as well. One is ProBuilder:

you can use GameDraw as it contains boolean operations (CSG : substract, intersection, union) plus all the essential tools you need to create\edit models inside of unity plus uv editing, primitives and a library of free assets as well as it is easy to use.
