How to make Low Poly Terrain (free)

Hi I want to create low poly terrain for my game, I know there are posts already but none of them help me. What I want to know is how to create a low-poly terrain with the terrain tool or a free download from the asset store that looks like the picture, if this is not possible can you tell me how to with 3rd party apps (also free). alt text
