My character is keeping walk into a wall just a bit
Hello! My English maybe hard to understand. If you don`t understand what i say ,i`m sorry for wasting your time.
I override the value of Rigidbody.Velocity in FixedUpdate() to move my character in a 3d world. But my character walked into a wall just~ a little bit then he stopped.
But if i apply rootmotion to let animation to do the moving job it`s looks all right. So if i should not use Rigidbody.Velocity to move my character? And i want to know what's difference between Rigidbody.Velocity and rootmotion.

probably because your animation is bigger than the player collider? can you check that?
Thanks for your answer. I don`t think it`s the problem i have. $$anonymous$$y character`s collider moved in to the wall a bit too; If i stop to override the velocity of riggidbody , the wall will use three all four frames to push my character out .
