Simple wall jump

Hey,

So i'm a complete noob with Unityscript, but i've been looking into wall jumping scripts or tutorials, and none of which really seem to help. Any idea how i can use a simple wall jump script? I kind of understand what i need, but i can't get it to work.

If anyone is to be kind enough to give me an example that would work? This is in 3D by the way.
