Big city on IOS

Hello!I am developing game with big map on IOS like gta or gangstar . My question is: how I can load not full map in game(part of map)?( I have very big map ) Or I need to create "levels" for every part of map??? Please answer me

Use AssetBundles and download the parts of the city when you need them.
