Hinje joint doesn't let a skate move freely,Hinje joint doesn't let a car move freely

So I am making a skate game and I added hinje joints to the wheels, the problema is that the hinje joint stops the skate from speeding up, if I add force to the skate, the skate will slow down imediatly.,
