Unity 5.6.1 Pick Up And Read Note Script

Question

Hello I am developing a horror game and it is turning out great. I have some alternate solutions but not for the Note Pickup I want the player to go up to a note then press R to read the note and when he is reading it I want it to show on the players screen. I don't really care if it is in C# or JavaScript. Please reply fast because I am trying to finish this game quickly.

@toddisarockstar Ok i want it to be like Amnesia the game. Also after you give me the script tell me where to put it and what to do. Thank You. :)
