Teleporting script when i'm pressing a key in front of a door?

I'm developing a horror/action game, but i really need a script, when i'm pressing "E" in front of a door, i want to teleport me in another location/scene and a loading screen to show up while teleportation. Please help me step by step because i'm a begginer with scripting!
