Editor does not offer offline activation on Linux
Hello I installed two version, 5.4.0b16 and 5.4.0b18 and both versions show the same behavior.
When I start editor, the sign in page is shown. After that, it says it is checking for a lisence. This screen

Then, it just fails and offers no manual activation. Like this

I have activated personal version on Windows before, and that offered offline activation besides online one. Is that not supported on Linux?
For this activation, I need to give Unity a proxy server. How can I do that? There is no option, and running Unity with proxychains like proxychains Unity does not start Unity at all.
EDIT: I have Arch Linux, and I have installed unity-editor-bin from AUR, and also downloaded the installer from Unity itself.
