Scene transition from right to left

I am from LibGdx platform just today I have give a try on unity. I have created 2 scenes. How to create a smooth slide transition of 2nd scene from right to left which will overlay the 1st scene. Please advice. It would be great if i could have some example for this

I don't think this is possible... Are you trying to literally make one scene blend in another? Like... Spawn the scene in the side of the other and blend it OR make something like an overlaying effect??

The transition can be done with 2 cameras and playing with the viewPort Rects. But only inside the same scene. I suppose you could take a snapshot of the old scene, send it to a persistent object which a camera in the next scene is aimed at, then have that scene play with them.

But I'm assu$$anonymous$$g this was built into your last game engine. It's not built into Unity and hardly worth making (unless you're making a 70's TV show themed game?)
