Edit Launcher Screen Text

Hello guys, i'm looking for a way to customize the launcher screen text to fit my language. I tried using Resource hacker, but there's still a few texts I can't edit ( The Graphics and Input tabs for example ) And the windown is named " my game - Configuration " I want to edit that too, but I can't find a way.

( Also, i would like to know how to remove certain buttons from the Input tab, to keep the player from messing with certain axis.. )
