How to implement an action bar

Hello,

I want to add an action bar to my app (not this bar with the time and battery status, but this one with a text field, the three context menu dots or a "back"-button etc.

Is there only the GUI.Toolbar I have to format myself or can I use a standard feature which I do not know about yet?

Maybe it is good to know how this is called in Unity to conduct further research on this topic as it is called app bar in the AndroidStudio documentation: http://developer.android.com/training/appbar/index.html
