World Generation Stops?
My game involves a car driving across big squares (that have roads/etc), and as the car drives more and more terrain is generated. Theoretically, this should allow the car to drive in one direction infinitely, and while this seems to be the case for the x-axis (left and right in my world), it doesn't hold true for the z-axis. Each square of terrain is about 500x500, and generation typically stops after the z-coordinate of 1500 and -500. I'm not sure what to do, as the code is identical for both scenarios (with a simple change in x and z).
Well there's a bug in your code, buy without seeing it nobody's going to be able to point it out....
You're probably right. I'm new to this whole thing. I was just wondering if there were some coordinate limit that I was unaware of. Since posting I've decided to take a whole new approach to the situation at hand.
