Slender - Collecting papers with left mouse click?

Hello all, im new to the unity 3d and the scripting, so far i only need to do a script about collecting papers, and 2 more scripts, but the papers are making me crazy, because i tried many codes and never worked... I got 8 papers over my map on the trees and i want to make them pickup with left mouse click which also play a sound when picked up, does anybody have idea how to do that? Because i give up after so many tries... And how can i get/put audio when paper picked up?

B.T.W paper object is made from cube, the tag is "Paper"
