Creating Simulator Quick and Fast

Hi,

I already have extensive 3d experience, but am totally new to unity3d. I am familiar with workflow and the basics. I need to completely create a simulation game that involves a room, an object which the user can drive around, and several basic shapes that the user can push around (so I need physics).

I need to get a basic simulation like this finished in less than two days. Can it be done, can anyone recommend what I all need to do in the project or direct me to a simple tutorial that will teach me the basic things I need to do. All of the tutorials I have found on this site are 'too good' as in they're too in depth and comprehensive. I just need the basics.

I would very much enjoy any help you guys can provide. I'd like to learn the platform in greater depth later, but right now I am in a time crunch.

What you are trying to do is definitely possible. I would look at all of the introductory videos on the unity site proper, the video tutorials at 3D Buzz on Unity, and here and here in the Unity Script Reference to brush up on physics in unity. There are also some example projects here you should look at. Good luck.
