Issue: AutoBlink.cs script broken
Fix: In AutoBlink.cs - on line 8 in VisualStudios - Replace 'using System.Security.Policy;' with 'using System.Security;'
This solved my issue and allowed me to run the AutoTest Scene. =D
BIG THANKS TO NEWBSTATION FOR COMMENTING SOLUTION ON UNITY-CHAN ASSETS REVIEWS!

I have hit the exact same error when trying to run the UnityChan examples. (Unity 2018.3.9f1)
Steps to reproduce:
Download and import UnityChan package
Open a sample scene
Try to run the project
Expected behaviour: UnityChan scene loads
Actual behaviour: The following error is reported in the console
Assets\unity-chan!\Unity-chan! Model\Scripts\AutoBlink.cs(8,23): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Policy' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Security' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
