How to calculate the velocity that needs to be applied to a flying object after hitting it in the air.
Hi everyone, so I am making this 2d game where the cannon shoots a cannon ball( I calculate the velocity using the projectile motion formula). Then I want to hit this flying cannon ball away by swiping into it from an opposite side. How could I calculate the velocity that needs to be applied to this flying cannon ball? Thanks in advance
