Simple Kart Physics
I have been looking for help for days with this. I've searched through the forums and answers and simply no answer so far. I'm trying to make my kart have physics more like Mario Kart than anything. I've tried editing the car tutorial to no end. The physics are just too realistic in it. The Kart should never be able to rotate and flip. If you don't know the physics I'm talking about just watch a video of Mario Kart Wii. That's what I want. Does anyone know any way to do this sort of physics? This is aimed for mobile devices. I'm newer to Unity, the scripting languages for Unity and 3d game development but have been making 2d games for a long time.

jumps in mario kart are handled in a myriad of different ways depending on the game and which particular course/ jump you are talking about.
Some are just using their physics engine. others are on rails.
Try to be more specific with your question and I am sure someone can help.
