Root Motion vs Collider issue. How to stop animation moving char through a collider?
Hi All,
I have an issue where ive implemented Root motion on my main character. The issue is, when I, for example, perform an attack which makes my character jump towards an enemy it will jump into a wall for example, if it is in the way. and slowly start to push itself back into the game world.
Also for slopes, if i do another attack which makes my character step forward, at the bottom of an incline/ hill, my character will step into the floor, and slowly rise up out of the collider.
Been stuck for a while looking for this. Please if anyone knows of a way to get around this without me having to give up functionality that would be fantastic!!
Do you get this issue when using a 3d collider and 3d character controller?

2.5D Game (2D character controller/ 2D colliders on a 3d model) - works perfectly without RM
Unity 5.5 64bit
Windows 10 64bit
