Bad performance on Galaxy Tab 4
I created a simple 2D game for mobile. The game is running with no problems (30FPS) on all Android devices I tested. Except for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. The average FPS count is <19. I successfully tested my game on: - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 - Google Nexus 7 - Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini - HTC One
Did anybody experienced this behavior? Any help would be highly appreciated!
Do you have a pro license? If so, did you use the profiler?
It's possible something fails specifically on the Tab 4, meaning it's throwing exceptions every frame, and the low FPS you're seeing is caused by writing all these exceptions to a log file.

I have and use a Galaxy Tab 2. Galaxy phones are beyond phenomenal. Their tablets however are not top of the line, as much as I wish they were. My Droid DNA is far, far better than my Tab 2. I'd check the system information for available RAM, number of cores, etc., and if there is a good amount of everything let me know and I'll do some research. My Tab 2 crawls with Unity stuff also.
Thanks for the answer! $$anonymous$$y game is perfor$$anonymous$$g well on a Tab 2, which makes me wonder if there is a unity problem on the new Tab 4.
Information from my stats tracker about the Tab 4: - CPU: AR$$anonymous$$v7 VFPv3 NEON (4 threads) - GPU: Vivante GC1000 (S$$anonymous$$ 3.0, VRA$$anonymous$$ 512 $$anonymous$$B) (Wikipedia says "Adreno 305", hm....) - RA$$anonymous$$: 1319 $$anonymous$$B - Screen: 1280x800, DPI: 216
