Visual Studio Community 2017
So lately I switched to visual studio community 2017 to try it out but it has a lot of annoying thing's like using the same hotkeys as copy (ctrl+C) as to toggle comments (ctrl+c) and the most annoying thing about it is when i hold CTRL and hover over a varible type or value and functions it highlights it as an hyperlink style and tries to give me a description of it even tho I already know what it does, so does any one know were I can access the hotkeys so I can change them I can't seem to find them and the options tab on visual studio community 2017 is also horribly designed imo.
as you can see by the image holding ctrl while the mouse is over a value highlights it this is extremely annoying and breaks my focus a lot when i am using other hotkeys that start with ctrl.
