hotkeysconflictshortcut
How do you prevent hotkey conflict when entering text?
I really would love to make use of most of they keyboard for custom hotkeys/shortcuts (without shift/ctrl/alt, just a plain letter key) but the problem is, when I'm in a text field or trying to rename something, the letter gets "eaten" by the hotkey and can't type that letter. How do I detect if Unity is in a "text entry" state or how do I prevent this behavior?
