Why can't spam click on UI Image ?

Hey'

I have a script on UI Image to catch Click event.

I tried with a Button and with OnPointerClick

After Severals click i have to wait X seconds to catch the event again.

I tried to up the value of input actions per seconds and set to 0 the delay but it does nothing ...

Here en example of what it does (i spamming click) :
