Figured it out myself.
ScrollRect not working
I am working on a Console and so far most of it is "working" but I have a big problem.......The scrolling broke.
Here is a link to the Unity Packed so somebody may tell me what I did wrong.

I figured it out: The Backround Panel was infront of the Text container blocking the input. Thanks again Unity Community for not helping me!
