UnityAdsEditor: Initialize("ID", False); UnityEditor.Advertisements.UnityAdsEditor:EditorOnLoad()

I have a problem with unity ads there is always the same error:
UnityAdsEditor: Initialize(1236720, False); UnityEditor.Advertisements.UnityAdsEditor:EditorOnLoad()
I made exactly the unity ads integration tutorial says, i linked my proyect to UnityAds page, i used the same script in the tutorial:

but always my ads don't work, can you say me how to fix it? Thanks.

(I know this is an old Question, but this is the first that shows up if you search for it and this would have saved me ) Sooo, I believe if you get "False" after the "ID", it doesn't mean Unity wasn't able to Initialize ads, but it means, that test mode is turned off. If you get "True", then it means test mode is turned on.,So, I know it's not a recent "problem", but if someone pastes the "error " to google this is the first page it shows up so I guess I try to help them. So here "False" means test mode is disabled. If that returns True, then it means test mode is enabled, not that the ads are working. (Atleast I belive so)
