Infinite Scroll Rect?

Hi, using the new GUI system, what's the most striaght-forward way to create a scroll-rect that loops it's contents?

and also, to control a scrollRect with Up/Down arrows as opposed to mouse/scrollbar? like... pressing up/down I would hope would make the currently selected scrollRect item to scroll up/down 1 whole increment/decrement.
