Leap motion Finger Check

Hello there, I´m new to leap motion stuff in combination with Unity. I´m using a rigid hand from the the Leap Motion V2 Skeletal Assets with unity 4.5.5 pro. The thing I´m trying to do is, identifying the finger which comes close to an object (for example a primitive cube) and checking if it touches it. So the information I´m trying to get is the specific finger itself, ideally the distance to the object and checking the collision (probably with onTriggerEnter). I know theres a API reference for leap motion but it´s kinda...confusing. Hope you guys can give me some advices for a solution. Thanks in advance!
