any limit on apk file and obb file size???

Hello,

I just enabled the Split application binary option in my player settings since i have been having the problem of building lal my scenes since a long time...i have around 33 scenes now, 25 of which have 4k videos in them.i do not want to upload this project to google play, but to just generate an apk file and install it in my vr headset... is there any size limit on the apk anf obb file ??? is that the reason why i get this error??; CommandInvokationFailure: Android Asset Packaging Tool failed.
