presets not there

I have uninstalled and installed unity multiple times because whenever I open it there is no Jungle thing and I'm pretty sure I don't have the things like preset control layouts and since this is my first time trying to make a game its really frustrating. please help!

You should really read the docs first, at least the intro stuff about how to use Unity.
