Can't make my project enable dx11

Every time I try to enable dx11 in the player settings unity stops working and crashes. I have been able to enable it before in unity 3.5, but in latest version I can't. I have win7, and a GTX 650ti graphics card.

Yes, like I said I have used dx11 in unity before. Just to check I updated my drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled unity.

UPDATE: I've tried using the command line to start unity in dx11, and unity opened up in dx11 but then it crashed.
