Is it possible to bake a normal map inside Unity? (newbie trying to buld quick workflow)
Is it possible to bake normal maps inside Unity. I'm speaking about an already made asset that I can buy because I'm not a programmer. I'm just starting to build a workflow that I'm comfortable with and I realized that there's a lot of small models that are necessary, but not that important and are not fast to build either. A normal map baking utility inside Unity will make that job a lot faster. Otherwise I'll just need to improve my Blender skills and spend a few hours in a small model that will fill just a small piece of the scene. That's not a good hour/scene filling ratio and I might end up in frustration. I would like to hear some advise about how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance!
