Name/Screen Name Input

I have looked at multiple different sources and I can't find what I'm looking for. I am trying to create a game with a similar design to Emily is Away. I am trying to have a Screen Name / Name input. I use C# script. alt text

What do you want exactly?

Just create a panel with two input fields and use images that don't use interpolation filtering
