Old UI-Bug seems to reappear in 5.6: ...from rebuild list while we are already inside a rebuild loop...

I switched to 5.6 a few days ago (from 5.4) and get no tons of those errors again (see image). This seems to be an error that accured already a long time ago while I could not find any real fix. It seems unity fixed it somehow when ever it occured.

Now that it is back I wonder if anyone has any information on this, if there is a work around or anything else.
