Not hide mobile keyboard on scrollRect dragging

Hi, I have a form that has some inputFields, and I want that when on a mobile it shows the keyboard I can drag the ScrollRect for view the hidden form section without losing the keyboard.

Is there a way to accomplish this?, or is there another way to not hide the lower form part?
