Animation import as of 2019.2
When Unity fixed issue 1117999, they broke the common workflow of importing multiple animations from blend files through blender actions made in the Action-Editor (see the problem in detail here). As of now it only imports the animation in the timeline when the file is saved, all other actions stored inside the file are ignored.
Does anyone know how we can import those actions conveniently now? Roundtripping through different file formats is not an option for me, I refuse to make my workflow more complicated "just because".

It seems Unity plans to fix this in version 2020.1 as noted here in the resolution note header so I guess until then we'll have to use the ugly way and modify the config file as described in the same reply.
