how to Restore corrupted Animator

hi, i have make some changes in Animator Control. unfortunately , that time current cut and after returning the power my animator control corrupted . i have lost all animation and parameter in animator control. and also animator control couldn't open.

how to Restore my animator control ?. Thanks for advice.
