Emission is based on the size of the object. As the resolution is „low“ you will see it start to flicker as it shows a limited number of pixels to be emitted. You could try to fadeout the emission based on the distance to the camera in a shadergraph shader

If you increase camera near clip plane or decrease camera far plane does it help?
I already did it , didn't work... The objects that is happening this are emissives
