Wherever you touch, it will trigger animation on touch area

Please Help me, I'm really new to unity. i just want to make simple game for windows. like, wherever you touch on touch screen monitor it will call the animation, ex: FBX animation. like on picture, if you touch on screen, there will be a plane flying on area you touch. how to make touch input to play animation ?. I really appreciate your help. Thank you a lot.
