Storing a list when application Quits

I have an editor script which is used to create a list of cameras.

In this editor script I have a created an inspector button which generates these cameras, and also adds them to a list. All the cameras are instantiated as a children of my top level gameobject.

I have then pretty much recreated the camera component with this editor script, except that when a value is changed, it changes all the values in my camera list. Let me know if you need a better explanation.

This is working great. I can create my cameras, then alter all their values at the same time, all in editor mode. Except that once I have run the game once, the list of cameras is empty and I can no longer edit my cameras values. Can you think of any way around this?
