              Can i ignore timescale when playing AudioSource.PlayClipAtPoint ?

This is a bit of a hackish solution bit it works:
     var lastTimeScale:float = Time.timeScale;
     Time.timeScale = 1f;
     AudioSource.PlayClipAtPoint( audioClip, Vector3.zero, volume);
     Time.timeScale = lastTimeScale;
