Getting 5 FPS in my laptop but 400 in other one.

I'm running into an issue where I'm having a problem in running unity whenever I work in unity it's usually running very slow and each change in script result in loading. I've Asus Rog with i7 8th generation with RTX 2070 and the FPS is really low. while running the same build on another laptop with a lower configuration is giving 400 FPS. Except for the Unity, my laptop run like a beast but don't know why it comes to complete failure when using Unity.

Any advise will be welcome.
