Unity 2019.3 overheating

Hey there guys. I have a MBP 15 inch and I've been using 2019.2.21 for some time now, since the time I updated to 2019.3.0 when it came out it almost burned my computer while halting the system.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, has there been a fix? Is 2019.3.15 better?

I've been using 2019.3.15 for a day and it doesn't halt the system but it does burn my pants
