how can i create survey form in game
Hello everyone, I want to create a survey form in my game with some questions(only about 10) and scored answers(for each answer the player receives a certain number of points), the database of questions, answers and numbers of points will be in the xml document like this:

. . . I know how to create quiz in which there is only one correct answer, but I do not know how to do it when for each answer the player receives a certain number of points. Could you help me how can I do this? Please give me some tips. Thanks!
