Can I use Monodevelop for projects created without Unity
I want to create a c# only project, but I don't intend to use Unity. I want to use resources like the .Net functions. Can I do that with Unity's Monodevelop?
"with Unity's $$anonymous$$onodevelop": I don't think it is Unity's. Think $$anonymous$$onodevelope is a free program, which you can get by itself. Unity happens to include it, to be nice.

Yes. Go to your mono develop (Find it where you installed Unity3d -> Mono Develop(folder) ) , File -> New -> Solution ... and choose your Target. Done ...
