How to limit to iOS devices with 2 GB of RAM or more?

On Android I can exclude devices that have less than 2 GB of RAM.

How can I do the same for iOS?

iOS 13 only runs on devices with 2 GB of RAM or more (see stats). So we just set our minimum iOS version to 13:
