How to put a image under a powerbar's handle thats moving?

iam trying to make a timed power bar. i have the bar working and the slider is working too, but now i want to add a image to the power bar when the the left mouse button is clicked.
Is there a function or a way in C# to make a image show up where one use to be on a left mouse click. Sorry iam not the best at explaining things. lol I have images below of what iam trying to talk about. The powerbar is a just a slider the I programed to move from one side to the other and back again. Any help I get would he awesome.
step 1 one bar moves.
Step 2: when the left mouse button is clicked the bar moves to the left and a image is put underneath the bar 
Step 3 the image stay there the bar was when the left mouse button was clicked.
